Recordad que en Movember queremos hombres sanos!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ya pasamos el ecuador y nuestro cuerpo parece que se esta acostumbrando a\u00a0 este ritmo, las agujetas han disminuido, los entrenamientos no se hacen tan pesados y la bascula agradece\u00a0que\u00a0haya dejado el sof\u00e1 por la zapatillas de deportes y la calle, \u00bfme estar\u00e9 volviendo un runner?.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Volvamos a la realidad, David nos impone una nueva tabla la cual es mas exigente que las anteriores. El primer dia acabamos con 4800 metros en nuestras piernas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo d\u00eda contara de 3 series de 800 metros corriendo + 400 metros andando y dos repeticiones de 400 metros con una recuperaci\u00f3n de 400 metros, hablando de un total de 7200 metros!!!! Va a ser un d\u00eda muy duro, pero con animo de realizarlo<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tercer d\u00eda constara de 3 series de 600 corriendo + 400 de recuperaci\u00f3n andando y otros 400 corriendo, terminado con un total de 5400 metros.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/O8XDXBGT38Y\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La semana parece que va a ser muy dura pero la ilusi\u00f3n de los 5 km en un mes hace que sea superior al duro entrenamiento planteado por David, el cual siempre pide lo mejor de nosotros mismos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La semana que viene sera la ultima y por fin podremos realizar los 5000 metros del reto que comenzamos en noviembre, donde no solo la recaudaci\u00f3n a favor de Movember es importante.
